Wanda ? Mercedes-Benz Concert Summer 2020.

After Amore, Bussi and Niente – this time it is Ciao! Just to avoid any misunderstanding: Ciao! is of course no goodbye for Wanda. But the invitation to all of you to be part of this next chapter of the band.

The new record is the revolver of Wanda, consisting of Marco Michael Wanda (vocals, guitar), Christian Immanuel Hummer (keyboard), Manuel Christoph Poppe (guitar), Reinhold Weber (bass) and Lukas Hasitschka (drums), produced by Paul Gallister. Wanda fires from all cylinders. Like a boxer who has recovered and regained his strength and now greedily increases the number of strokes.

Marco sings inimitably “Exciting that this world still stands (Spannend, dass diese Welt noch steht)” on Ciao! “That’s actually a miracle, Schatzi.” You have to be aware how Wanda has redefined German Rock’n’Roll in the last five years almost single-handedly with the albums Amore (2014), Bussi (2015) and Niente (2017) and has connected amplifiers all over the German-speaking area. Now it lives again, Rock’n’Roll – and how! Gold and platinum awards followed and Amore even ranks in the eternal LP best list of the Austrian hit parade right behind the “Beatles Red Album”. In 2018, the gentlemen also unfolded their live power for hundreds of thousands of concert goers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The epochal performance on the Ö3 stage of the Vienna Danube Island Festival in June 2018 was a milestone for sure: over 100,000 fans of all generations. Those who were there will also tell their grandchildren about it.
