– 100 European Volkswagen service partners honoured
– Eight dealerships inducted into VSQA Hall of Fame

100 European service partners were honored with the Volkswagen Service Quality Award 2013.Volkswagen has honoured its 100 best European service partners with the Volkswagen Service Quality Award (VSQA). The workshops which achieved the best results in the areas of service quality and customer retention during the past 12 months were honoured at the awards ceremony in Dresden.

The Csermely dealership from Balatonfüred, Hungary, received the award for the fifth year in a row. This year’s prize-winners also include service operations in Germany, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Luxembourg and Slovenia which have been distinguished for the third or fourth time. In total, eight dealerships were inducted into the new VSQA Hall of Fame for their sustained level of excellent service quality. The names of VSQA winners who have finished in the top 100 service operations at least three times are displayed in this virtual dealership.

Michael Horn, Head of After Sales for the Volkswagen brand, praised the great commitment of the participating dealerships: “Sustainable success for the company is only possible with excellent service and a high degree of customer satisfaction; here at Volkswagen, we want to lead the industry in this area by 2018. Based on the latest results and the continuing positive trend, I am more than optimistic we can achieve that.”

The Volkswagen Service Quality Award was founded in 2008. Service excellence is the key to customer satisfaction and customer retention and is therefore a benchmark of Volkswagen’s Strategy 2018.
