FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., April 22, 2015 – Texoma Hyundai in Sherman, Texas, ranked No. 1 in service customer satisfaction in the United States for 2014, besting more than 820 Hyundai dealerships. This marks the second year in a row that Texoma Hyundai was the national champion.
Awarded to Texoma Hyundai for meeting and exceeding customer expectations, Hyundai’s distinction for customer satisfaction is given to the dealership that performs the best in the Hyundai Service Index (HSI) study. Derived from surveys of customers who had their Hyundai vehicle serviced in 2014, the HSI study allows dealerships to identify trends, run reports and analyze cumulative customer satisfaction scores across its business and among individual employees.
