Works On Electronic Devices of All Screen Sizes
Can Be Easily Changed Based On Media Feedback
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., Oct. 16, 2017 – Making it easier for media to access information about Hyundai and its vehicles, an all-new redesigned www.hyundainews.com website goes live today. Hyundainews.com is the official site for media releases, photos, executive biographies, videos, public relations contact information and more. The new site now features a homepage design with the latest releases, images, videos and press kits all within easy reach.
The new Hyundai media website has been designed to improve the user experience across all sections. Journalists are short on time, and the main focus has been to make site navigation quick and easy to understand. For example, an English press release can be translated to Spanish at the click of a button – the user doesn’t have to navigate back to a Spanish section.
Hyundainews.com is now fully responsive so it can be viewed on all mobile devices correctly and it also has a download basket where users can pick and choose the materials they want or download all of them at the touch of one button. Within that download basket, content can be emailed directly to a coworker without having to download it and send it manually.
This new site features a modern, up-to-date design to go with the improved functionality. A new- model landing page is complete with simple, yet effective specification tables allowing the automotive journalist to get the materials needed with just a couple of clicks.
“The new design was extensively researched with direct feedback from auto journalists and crafted for speed and ease of use,” said Brandon Ramirez, senior group manager, product public relations. “The wide range of new resources, online research tools and the responsive design make accessing our rich vehicle and news content easier than ever.”
RESPONSIVE SCREEN DESIGN
The new hyundainews.com will work on any screen size. In the past, content on the mobile site was limited. Now the site contains all of the same information that is viewable on a desktop monitor. All of the news, images, videos and vehicle information are now at the fingertips of visitors. No password or login is necessary to access the website.
DEEPER CONTENT AND MORE ACCESSIBLE
The site houses a database of more than 13,000 images, 2,400 historical releases, facility information, vehicle pricing, launch presentations and specifications.
