HYUNDAI AND BOOSTUP EXTEND PARTNERSHIP FOR TWO MORE YEARS

Consumers can Boost their down payment up to $500 when they purchase any new Hyundai.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., Jan. 30, 2015 – Following the success of last year’s “Hyundai Sonata Starter Boost” program, Hyundai Motor America and BoostUp have renewed their partnership through January 4, 2017. Hyundai will continue to offer a dollar for dollar match, up to $500, to consumers that buy a new Hyundai using their BoostUp funds as a down payment.

“Our relationship with Hyundai has allowed thousands of people to afford the car of their dreams,” said John Morgan, Founder and CEO of BoostUp. “The goal of BoostUp is for people to save responsibly for life’s big purchases, and what better way to reward them for doing so than by giving them a $500 Boost toward the purchase of any one of Hyundai’s great vehicles.”

Hyundai was the first automotive company to partner with BoostUp and this partnership has helped over 5,000 consumers save for and buy a new Hyundai. The majority of BoostUp users are first time car buyers drawn to the free BoostUp account, simplicity of goal-based saving and receiving Boosts from Hyundai, family and friends.

“We are extremely excited to continue our partnership with BoostUp, which is a perfect way to help today’s smart car buyers,” said Bob Pradzinski, vice president of national sales, Hyundai Motor America. “Younger car buyers are looking for different ways to afford a new vehicle and our partnership with BoostUp gives prospective customers a hassle free savings platform that comes with a $500 reward for their savings effort.”
